Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our Dahabshiil Motors objectives. This role involves overseeing multi-channel campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving customer engagement to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and offline platforms. 
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. 
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and analyze competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve departmental objectives. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. 
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed. 
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. 
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, collateral, and presentations. 

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in marketing, with proven campaign management experience. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media platforms). Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
